Hello! Welcome to Randy Bakery! I am the owner/operator and my name is Randi Baker (seriously). I have been baking and cake decorating for more than half of my life professionally. A few years ago, my family and I decided to put the busy cities of California behind us and put down roots in a small town and decided: "Hey, why not two small towns side by side?!" and proudly landed in the Milan/Grants Area.

As a journeyman Baker and Cake Decorator, I am ecstatic and proud to begin offering my services for numerous functions! Be it your baby's first birthday with matching smash cake, their Quincinerea, Sweet sixteen, Graduation, Wedding, or any other special occasion or holiday, I would be honored to make your special day that more special!  

We offer a vast variety of cakes, pastries and specialized desserts made with as many locally available and handmade items as possible, to support our local businesses. Most cake orders will be for pick-up only with some exceptions.

Wedding cake orders are required delivery for professional set up, included in the cake price, as long as the destination is within the Bluewater to Thoreau area (further destinations may require an additional delivery fee). We do offer Bachelor/Bachelorette/Adult themed party cakes (must be 18+ to order and pick up the cake).  

If you desire a custom flavor of your cake, do not worry, we provide custom flavors, edible imaging cakes and so much more. For example: my personal favorite is almond cake with hand made cream cheese icing.

As we expand our business and being the daughter of two truck drivers, I would also love to expand into donuts and bagels for our hard working early risers and diligent truckers that see our little oasis in the desert as a respite from their long drives.

Our mission is to enhance the area between Bluewater and Thoreau with wonderful sweetness and elegant, sometimes playful, desserts!
